Q: What is cash before delivery?

Cash before delivery is an advance payment option.

Splendina will send you a proforma invoice in an envelope through courier within 3 to 4 working days, the courier will deliver this proforma invoice at the delivery address and collect cash equivalent to the order amount. Once the cash is collected by the courier, they will intimate Splendina and Splendina will expedite the delivery of the product. The average time taken for delivery of product would be 10 working days from the date of collection of cash by courier.

Q: What is Cash on delivery (COD)?

Cash on delivery (COD) is a payment option in which at the time of delivery you hand over the CASH against delivery of the product.

The product will be delivered in a sealed condition. Please DO NOT accept any packet which is appears to be tampered or damaged externally.

Please DO NOT pay more than the order value. In case the delivery person insists for any additional amount related to statutory charges like octroi, entry tax, etc., please pay and take a receipt from the delivery person. While we endeavour to get products back in stock, it may not be always practically possible due to supplier constraints, clearance sales. For clearance sale products, we usually indicate inventory available as well. So it unlikely that "out of stock" product will be replenished unless specifically advised otherwise. We will of course make best efforts to get new stock if possible.
